We’ll walk your space and discuss your goals, review your inspiration photos together, and talk through the level of guidance that best fits your project. Then we'll determine next steps, timeline, and an appropriate investment range. The Design Phase has two parts — (1) the design plan, and (2) the curated selections. Together, these solve the core challenges homeowners typically face and create a clear path forward. Included in the Design Phase: 1. Interior Design Plan For the design planning, I guide you through a clear, step-by-step process to plan every detail of your redesign, complete with a to-scale floor plan and 3D renderings of your fully reimagined space. Together, we’ll make thoughtful layout and design decisions so you can confidently visualize the final result. Then on to the next step selections... Floor Plan Example 3D Rendering Example 2. Selection of Materials (for builds & remodels) Concepts will be included in your design plan for review. Then we’ll organize a visit to our preferred showrooms to assist you in selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures. 3. Selections of Furnishings (for refurnishing projects) Concepts will be included in your design plan for review. Then I’ll organize specific options into a selections board for your approval, (usually two options per item.) Most furnishings will be sourced and ordered online through my exclusive trade vendors. For key pieces like sofas, we’ll schedule a visit to my preferred Nashville showroom for a “sit test” and fabric selection. Once your design is finalized, we move into the Implementation Phase, where everything comes to life. I provide full-service implementation to bring your design together seamlessly. This includes purchasing your furnishings, coordinating vendors, tracking orders, overseeing receiving and inspections, and managing delivery, installation, and final styling. My team also handles packaging removal and any damage claims, which are common with large furnishing projects. You’ll also gain access to my trusted trade vendors and preferred pricing not available to the public, along with a more curated selection of furnishings.
